1) In Humberto Alvarez Group national in-force laws will not be broken, nor will we aid third parties in doing so. |

2) Client's information that is managed by Humberto Álvarez is strictly confidential and can not be divulgated without express consent from the client in matter. |

3) Information will not be hidden from a client about the estate of his/her proceedings and merchandises or about any other issue that involves the company directly. |

4) Humberto Alvarez will not pay or receive bribes, nor will it participate in any corrupt, un-ethical or fraudulent practice. |
