• Your merchandise is secured in U.S. dollars, which allows you, when you file your claim, not to be affected by the devaluation or incurring additional costs for having to complain to foreign companies because we provide all the processing of claims at no cost.
Our goal is that you get all the backing and support, for this we have a technical office, which specializes in procedures requiring the proper handling of insurance and insurance claims.
Similarly, we provide adequate control and monitoring from our insurance office, supported by insurance experts from the INS.
This insurance covers everything stipulated in Clause A of the Institute of London, “All Risks”. It covers all eventualities caused by direct damage, breakage, spillage, robbery and looting, non-delivery, partial loss and/ or total loss of new and used merchandise. Insurance covers all of the above if caused by accident through transportation.
